SYLT is an independently owned private investment and property development company located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
We focus on the beneficiation of undeveloped land and property development itself covering all market segments. From the early planning stages of a project through to project closeout, SYLT participates in the estimating, design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more.

We believe in building strategically positioned assets with a primary focus on property in southern Africa.
TURN-KEY DEVELOPMENT
We deliver Turn-key developments of residential, commercial and industrial buildings for our own portfolio or for 3rd party clients. This process includes the purchase, planning, construction, leasing out to tenants, and the sale of the completed property to a buyer.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. The purpose of PM is to control a project's time, cost and quality. CM includes all stages of the development process Design, Preconstruction Planning, Procurement, Construction and owner occupancy.
